Hi, My Handset touch screen was broken and given to Bangalore service center on October 9th 2014, nealy 2 months still i didn't got my set and getting the reply as one more week from service center from last 3 times. And i don't have any hope that they will give cel back... so will wait for 15 days and ll file a complaint in consumer court. Regards, Ravi Kumar P

Hi Ravi,

Did you get a resolution from the service center. I have given my Q1100 to the same service center i:e service point in Jayanagar and it has been one and a half months since the handset is lying there. I have even sent a mail to xolo customer care but I doubt if they have even read that. I too am contemplating filing a consumer case against them
