[Resolved]  Xolo — Repetitive battery problem in xolo Q1200

I bought Q1200 on 28.06.2014 after 2 months suddenly battery started draining like anything i went to service point serviced center to check on this, they told battery has got bulged and its has affected the display also and submitted my mobile on 26.08.2014 they told 20 to 25 days after 25 days when i call service center they are telling another 10 to 15 days its in factory when i call xolo care they tell it is factory and its under repair and it will take few days we will escalate to our seniors . Nobody is giving time line. Area ASM his no. is [protected] is disconnecting phone. If this is case and no wants to take a responsibility where should the customer go. I want my money back. If you can't provide proper deadline to the customer. I got a new phone on 30 Sep 2014. After exactly three months (27 Jan 2015)again the battery has bulged and again I need give the phone for repair. Myself and five of my friends bought the same model that is Q1200 paying Rs.12999/- and all the phone has same problem every one has given for service and got an replacement. I was the first person to come across the battery problem and got the replacement. Now it's my second time got the same issue. I agree that there might be 1 in 100 phone i[censored] have that problem, every phone has the same problem and till it's covered under warranty it's ok afterwards who pays for the service. The service centre people say that battery is having only six months warranty. It's not the battery problem but it's mother board problem. I request Xolo people to stop this model and people who have this fantastic model ask for replacement to some other model. I request Xolo change exchange my phone to some other model.
