Xolo — replaced other model handset

I given service for my (XOLO Q1000S BLACK; IMEI [protected])in service center deu to some problem followed by poor battery backup, call sensor not working. At date 10:01:2015 Thay will replace my mobile in date 19:2:2015 (XOLO Q1000S WHITE; IMEI [protected]) in service center not given service report and so i confused it genuine or not. they given hand set only in service center now my problem is replaced mobile (xolo q1000s plus white) battery problem when charged it cannot exceeds97% and dimention of mobile display changed and so much of hanging please replace my old model (xolo q1000s black) thank you.
