Hi Xolo team,
I have Purchased the XOLO8X 1000 mobile from Pune PCMC. The Mobile got battery problem within 10 days. As it was not getting charged. I have rushed to the OXLO Service center PCMC. They said we have fixed the problem and now use the same phone, but they do not mentioned what was the exact problem.
So i said with in 10 day on this mobile given problem so i need the replacement, they said OK, and now its around a Month they having my mobile and now they asking me to use the same phone.
This is really a Third class service from the OXLO people. Pleas if anyone from XOLO really cares about it, please get the required things to be done.
