This is my second work order for the same complaint of Q900s mobile.
Old workorder closed by the xolo care automatically (but the mobile problem is not solved)
Mr.Sandeep Dey & Mr.Anuj Patwal in Xolo care (Mobile.No.[protected]) is not respond even a single time. So many mails i sent to them and call to them but no reply from them. They are don't care about my complaint.
Mr.Pradeep from Xolo care outbound Team (Ph.No.[protected] dt[protected] contacted me for solve the problem. Till now the process status is not informed for me.
21 days finished for mobile problem. Till now the xolo care peoples are not solved my problem.
my mobile is one mobile from the 1000 customers for Xolo. But only one mobile for me.
I am already requested for replacement of new Box piece mobile other than the Q900 serious (models).
Xolo care is able to solve my problem or not?.
If they are not able to solve they why they running the customer care for their products.
