[Resolved] Xolo — Replacement phone is defective | |||
Hello Sir/Madam, I have submitted my mobile at xolo center Surat Gujarat on 27th Dec 2014. It was some Problem in touch and dust on screen. (Job card number:[protected] Model Name: Xolo Q900 IMEI NO: [protected]) and they replace my phone and given XOLO Q900S PLUS on 29 Jan 2015. (IMEI NO: [protected] & [protected]) (My contact details as below: Name: but replace phone quality not good...after 7days phone body minor creak in 4-5 locations. so I want to replace brand now phone or cashback...service center is saying submitted to phone ….if I submit my phone my phone was came minimum 30days time…and I don’t want to again submitted my phone in service center.
