[Resolved] Xolo — Replacement/money-back against model # A-600

I have bought Xolo A-600 on 8th Jan'14 from S K Enterprise Baroda. After that I started facing a problem of touch-screen do not operate properly hence I submitted mobile hand-set on 13th May'14 to the A B Communication Baroda. It almost 2 months gone now but I do not getting replacement nor even proper response from the Xolo Service Team. It's really pathetic and poor service from the Xolo where the customer never ever to decide again to buy any Xolo product. Company just intrested to sell the products and not in service providing. I want to back my money which I spet to buy it. Would request you to kindly intervene to get me proper resolution.
