I have bought a Xolo A500L before 6/7 months ago within this much time i need to visit many of the time to service center and the response form them also was not good.every time i submited the phone they reply that you will get it after 20/25 days .2/3 time i have suffer from that thing.once they have replaced a older one with new A600 but still i was not happy with that too .again the same situation arise after 15 days of stay in service center they returned the instrument.what to expect from them they have returned the instrument but forgot the "BACK COVER & THE BATTERY"NOW I AM waiting for that.i just get RID of them and just feel like to throw the phone to the face of the head and get my money back.not only the customers but the service center incharge are also tired of them.they are also not getting the spare parts at the the right time.so how can they give service fast.
