[Resolved]  Xolo — Service Center authorities is not responding properly

Sir, I had brought XOLO NVIDIA TEGRA NOTE on 25/06/2015 from flipkart. First 10 days i was slightly faced touching issues, but I hope this issue is small happens in many tablets. Once I had updated to Android version 5.0, my tablet touching issues increased and went to Xolo authorized service center on 08/08/2015. They taken my tablet and told that Touch panel need to be replaced (after several follow up by calling them). Now I am continously asking for Work order No., but they are not at all responding properly. I am fearing about my tablet status. I need your help to get my tablet ready. I cannot waste my hard earned money. Kindly help me out and solve this issue. For your reference I had attached Tablet purchase bill and Service center bill. Xolo Customer care executive Ms. Bharathi helped me to get a DOA. Thanks for her support. But Xolo should improve their customer care to solve as earlier as possible. Then only they can sustain in this huge competitive Indian market.

DOA received. But I had brought from flipkart, till now they not proceeding to accept the return
