Mane apna mobile 22/8/2014 ko service ke li ye diya tha unka kahana tha ke kapni jayega likin campni aj tak onhone mera set bheja hi nahi nane jabhi pucha campni gya hai campni phone kiya to kaha ke apka phone thik karke bhej diya hai likin mere mobile mai sem piroblan hai mane jab mn telicom service senter par puchha le ap ne abhi tak campni kiyu nahi bjeja to unka jab tha ke meri marji nahi beja ap ko jo karna kar lo jab mera man karega bhejoga Was this information helpful? Respected Sir/madam,

I will purchase a new handset 8X-1100 mode in 3 December.2014l but I have the problem in my handset Power on/off switch will not working i give my mobile they say switch will repair taking no of days 20-25 for repair also they cant have the switch in there center

Its been 3months I gave my phone in service center and till now I have not get my phone back.
Pay back the money I bought for this stupid xolo or give me DOA. I don't have anymore time to wait for i to return.

Work order number[protected] M. [protected] Mobile sent from repair from last 35 days. I talked with xolo care, who answered me ur mobile returned to service centre at Bharuch within 15days . But till I am not receieved my mobile.
