Xolo — service center person is asking for money

respect sir i mukesh jain residing in kalyan has mailed u before regarding the delay in service provided by you and now after 45 days its like my xolo a500s has been replaced and he is asking money for it why should i pay money for it when its in warranty period and still i m ready to pay i[censored] give me a receipt of it and a written proof for what u taking money from me and you have replaced my mobile with A500s lite which is of lower price and mine was a higher version and on top of that you are asking money from me frankly speaking i want same model if i wont get that i will go to consumer court and take legal action against it as i m tired of going again and again to service center and wasting my time as it is a mental and physical torture for me i want my warranty period of 45 days also which has been consumed because of your negligence work order no[protected]. please do needful regarding it as soon as possible waiting for your reply. thanking you. yours faithfully, mukesh jain` [protected]
