I bought Xolo 6X1000 mobile on 2/8/14. But after two months of purchase I encountered the problem of hanging and automatic switch off.
I took my mobile to Xolo Service Centre about 10 times for this issue. They submitted my device for 2 times only. Rest all other times they just formatted my device and returned.
But still the issue of hanging is not resolved. I am a working professional and I can't visit the service centre again and again.
I also wrote a mail to Xolo Care but they are not at all responding to the mails. An automated reply is generated for visiting the service centre.
I want my device to be replaced now not repaired as I have already wasted a lot of time in all this.
Looking forward for a positive action.
