Updated by yogendra0021 Sir, i was purchased xolo q2000 dated. 05.03.2014. bt having some touch releted issue in next month, so i was submitted my phone to company service center dated. 16.06.2014 at Abhishek Technologies, himalaya mall, it was allready 37 dys since i was summited bt i havent got any reply from service center as well as xolo care whenever i tried to talk service center said that parts are not comming from company ... service center said that they give me my cell back within 25 days, bt i didnt get my cell phone yet ... now they said we will give you your cell as it is if you want... and if i want to still repair it from service center they said that they dont have any confirmation about when i get my cell back ..it might take one or two months andi aslo sent them reminder cum liegal notice as above, ,

Now if you don’t give me my
cellphone with proper solution within 10
days, I will complain in Consumer Court.
