[Resolved] Xolo — Service related issue | |||
I bought New XOLO Q900 MOBILE on 19/03/2014.after three months my screen damaged . i have submit my mobile on 16/06/2014 at J-40 Sec-18 Noida Service center for repairing . when i contact at service center every time they says that part is not coming from company please contact customer care .when i contact customer care they says that they forwar my complaint to senior .i also write mail on reach us option of xolo site but there is no response .every time customer care /service center says that please be patient your phone in process but till now i have spend 25 to 30 days without mobile. and there is no proper detail provide by xolo company where customer can contact to direct headoffice or company . I have met many xolo mobile customer they always says tha xolo service is very poor . there is no proper response from customer care or service center .I think xolo company is fraud.
