sir, i have a xolo q1010i. It became userviceable under warranty period . The service cetre at 15 I C Road Khardah Kol- 700118 Mob: [protected] persuaded me that it was physical damage. Though unwillingly i gave it for paid repair but after one and half month passed i have not got my mobile back. Whenever i contact them they say that ring me after 4-5 days . I am feeling Harrassed and no way what to do next . Pls guide me . They have also not given me the work oredr no. My set EMIE NO; [protected]
