[Resolved]  Xolo — Submitted handset for repair & support center lost it in the process

I submitted my mobile with IMEI number:[protected] on 27th july 2013 for a very minor issue The service center (pickup) @ Mayur vihar phase 1 by the name Nimitek got closed in the process, its been 6 months After persistent enquiries, last month I received the contact details of a former employee (by the name of ARIF) who told me that my actual handset got lost in the process of service center closure & as a replacement he offered me an old USED handset. The customer service has bascially stopped responding to all my communications after this incident. The most pathetic after sales service ever. Original Complaint No. from jobsheet:[protected]
