[Resolved] Xolo — Terrible quality products | |||
Hi, I am working with Times of India, had submitted my Xolo A600 handset to M/S SG SOLUTIONS Sector 2 Rohini, New Delhi on[protected], same day received sms for expected delivery date is also same[protected]. I queried to SG Solution and as per them motherboard need to be replace as handset was taking too much time for full charging (approx. 7-8 Hours). Hence they are sending to service center and it will take 35days to repair. Pl provide date of return after fixing the issue, It is not feasible to wait such a long time, if this is the kind of service then no one will going to trust on XOLO Brand and for its service. I can’t wait such a long period, it shouldn’t take more than 3-4 days as per competitive age. I am regularly following up with customer care and by email but there is no reply so far.
