I recently bought xolo one hd (space grey) from amazon in 12 january, 2016 and its not working and when i go to ur service centre sai communication in shakarpur customer wo:[protected] they demanded Rs 80 in advance to attend the problem regarding then after they told "damaged is not covered in warranty i[censored] want to solve problem expenditure was about rs 2200" they did not give any kind of receipt of rs 80 .Please we are not satisfied with your service center employ and in the message from lava it comes that labour charge is rs 0 but they have already charged rs 80 please look after your service providers carefully otherwise we should go to consumer court .My mobile no. Hi Xolo One HD Team,
I recently bought xolo one hd (space grey) from amazon in 18-Jan-2016 and now is not working. The mobile is not switching on even battery is fully charged. I tried to go to customer service at Chennai and the "Galaxe Communication
No 2/152, Mount Poonamalle Road, Kattupakkam, Chennai, Poonamalle City: Chennai Pincode: 600056" They said it is not possible repair. Please help me to solve the issue..
