[Resolved] Xolo — Trouble using XOLO phone | |||
I am Amarjit Singh from Ludhiana Punjab. I bought XOLO Q1200 its IMEI no. is 1:[protected]. It is in warranty. It is giving me many problems firstly whenever I make any video and forward it, it gets corrupted and can not be seen by the other person to whom i have forward it to. It gets corrupted on forwarding to any smart phone. Secondly its battery gets drained very fast only in 2-3 local calls. I have even visited your service centre 2-3 times they always just update my phone and I have to install all my information again and still the problem is not detected and I am not satisfied. Now I am not that free that I visit your centre again and again. Now i think i am stuck after buying your companie's phone.And the dealer said me that the phone's android version will be updated to KITKAT but it is also not done yet. So I request you to please return it. Or exchange it from a new set. Hope you will look into the matter and reply me soon. Was this information helpful? | |||
