[Resolved]  Xolo — Unethical behaviour - xolo play 8x-1100, service centre damage the phone

I have been emailing xolo from 12 days now and still there is no resolution from them.

My phone (Xolo play 8x-1100) is out of warranty and i the mic stopped working. So i took it to xolo service centre, shri hari computer solutions, rohtak to get it repaired. They told me that they have to change the sub-pcba that contains the mic and charging connector etc. And it will cost me rs. 454, i was okay with that. They put an order for the same and after 1 month, i went to get it changed. When they gave me my phone back, the housing body of the phone was broken and the loudspeaker was not working. I told them if they can get me a new housing body for the phone and they refused to do so.

I was inquiring about the cost, and then i found out that the cost of mic for xolo play 8x 1100 is rs. 80.74 as per stated in your website (Refer:http://www.xolo.in/spare-parts?Device=PLAY8X-1100), and that is too end customer price. The price for sub pcb is rs. 153.29.

So, why did they charged me rs. 454? What did xolo changed then? And, as i stated earlier my phone is not getting network coverage now after whatever you guys did to my phone. I took my phone to get it checked and found out that the sub-pcb is an old one and not a new one, and while trying to solder the mic, you guys fried the pfo/pa of the phone and that's why i am not getting network coverage.

Now, you guys charged me this much amount for nothing, and instead converted my phone into a total mess. And just to clarify things, i am listing the issues with the repair now in brief.
1. During repair, housing body of my phone got broken.
2. After repair, my phone is not getting network signals.
3. Damaged the loudspeaker of my phone.
4. Serial no. Of my phone changed to [protected]abcdef

Instead of giving me any update, your representative mr. Ritesh kumar sent me the email stating :

"as per the follow up's done with concerned team, we would regret to inform you that your handset does not meet the warranty guidelines and as per xolo policy it will be considered as out of warranty and repair will be carried out on chargeable basis.in addition, we would regret to inform you that we are giving your handset back to you without repair as per condition of rwr (Return without repair) so, we would like to request you to collect you handset from service centre."

What were you trying to say with this, my phone is not even submitted to your so called service centre, and i knew that my phone was out of warranty, but still i took my phone in your service centre just because i value the manufacturer-customer relationship and there was no issue with me paying amount. Even after your technicians broke the body of my phone, still i was okay to pay for a new one, until your representative told me that "there is no point ordering the cosmetics of this phone, xolo has already discontinued this product". If that was the case, shouldn't you guys have taken care not to mess up things.

You guys are pathetic and i will never recommend anyone to get a xolo because you don't even know what customer service means. I am posting my case on your twitter page, and also posting a complaint in consumer forum because i can see now that you don't value your customer and you think that customer are fools. Your responsibility doesn't just end after selling a phone, it remains till the customer doesn't abandon the phone.

I send my xolo phone in care for my phone's chargeing point is not working and software problem and i take service for this problem and service care is not give me good service and my phone is many more problem at this time and the chargeing point is as them as. so plz take any action on my complaint. thanks
