[Resolved] Xolo — until i didnot receive my mobile from service centre

sir i purchased xoloq1000 opus dated[protected]. whose imei no is [protected].13 aug 2014 my mobile rear michrophone sound is not coming. I gave it jodhpur service centre & it gave me back 20 aug 2014. when i saw that battery is not charging. next day i gave back to service centre then they said battery is not working. we want to replace battery & it will take to 20 days. I surpised that this big company have no spare battery. any way i went to service centre on 26 aug 2014. they gave me service battery.but charging problem is same thing. next day i went again to service centre. then they handset it self have problem we want to send headoffice service centre noidia. it will take 15 days. yesterday[protected] I went again . they told it will take 10 days more. behaviour is also not good.Boss from 13 aug 2014 .I could not use my mobile.I didnot see this type of service in my life.Neither they repily phone & not give good responethanks.my address is pushpendra goyalkamal tower, i b road sardarpurajodhpur 342001
