I had purchased XOLO A700S on around 20-Aug-14 but within week touch screen not responding.
So i Contact at your Surat service center on dated 02-Sep-14.
They checked and found two issues (1) Touch screen defective / not working and (2) Heat up on charging.
They took mobile and told that they within 15 days same will be solved either through replacing touch screen and necessary repair / replacement.
I received the same after more than One and Half month and that also not working properly!!!
I had observed mobile and its still having touch problem at the upper right corner. I also already shown at your service center and they told that you again need to submit the same!!!
I want to ask that you already keep my mobile for more than One month for repairing and after sending the same its still problem...!!!
Is any quality check mechanism there????
So now i doesn't trust on your service and want to send to you for repairing, Give me the New Box pack mobile and I will give this faulty mobile or You may Give my full money back + compensation for poor service.
If you not able to give me replacement / refund, reply clearly so I can approach consumer forum as already enough time going now. Was this information helpful? |
