[Resolved] Xolo — want details of service charges and cost billed for job sheet no[protected].

With reference to your SMS dated[protected] delivered by you to my phone number [protected], in which you stated that a new q1010i mobile is sent to me free. But your service center charged me Rs.1575/- . I paid the amount and collected the mobile. But, the service center owner is not giving me the proofs of your billing. Can you please provide me the details of charges and cost of spares or other charges, if any.
