[Resolved]  Xolo — Work order no.[protected] Xolo Q2000 not repaired even after 1 Month

My work order no. is[protected]... i have submitted my mobile on 09/08/2014 but still it has no update regarding the repair... when i call to customer care they always say that it is under service center & have no time frame for repaired. It has been 1 month ago & still no response...pls let me know what i do..????

I have received a new mobile xolo q2500 as a replacement of my xolo q2000 b'coz that might not be repairable. Now this new xolo q2500 have same problem i.e. Line on Display. I am total disappointed that after a long period, your company providing me same faulty mobile. Is this a joke that i have to wait 1.5 month to receive such faulty mobile... now i have re-submitted the same on your service center (Guru Nanak Communication) & pls its request don't try to make fool to your customers & provide the good services with good phone without further delay.

my phone is not deliverd to me from last 1 month from your service centre

your response of service is too bad i am facing very difficulties i spent my money on your company my xolo A600 phone is still not delivered to me from tha last one month
