I am Surendra kewat from patna bihar..i had purchased xolo play 8x-1100 in October 2014 ..Aftr 4 months using it began to hang..touch was not responding very well. PCB and touch have been changed but problem is continue.. Now It is moving service center to noida and noida to service center from last 2 month..6-7 times i have been submitted my cell phone in service centre in patna in vindhyavasini communication.. my workorder no is[protected] and my IMEI no is -[protected]..your ASM MR. Narayana chaudhary again saying that we would have to change PCB. With this mail i am attaching job sheet..so plz let me know that now what would i do ..if company is not able to solve the problem than why did not replaced it..why making foolish to people..
