The complaint was raised on 16th Aug 2014, for an issue with the display and after diagnosis I was told that it could be an issue with the battery. Its been 2months and the response is very poor. I get the same answer that the replacement part has not yet arrived. The response is also very poor with inaccurate information. The product is within warranty and it was just 3 months old when it went defective. This needs to be escalated.
