Hi, Model No : XOLO 8X-1000 / IMEI No : [protected] Work order No:[protected] /[protected] /[protected] From the day the handset is purchased there are many complaints which are arising in this model and not getting repaired nor getting resolved till date from the factory.Currently I do not require this model, please provide me the replacement with different model with the same specifications or Refund.Please come back on this or call me on the number mentioned. Still the problem is not resolved after receiving handset from the repair centre, still the same problem gets hanged up frequently and automatically gets off and hanged up. So not all satisfied after taking this handset from day one many issues, many times this handset has gone to repair centre, still this is not getting resolved last time I had mentioned please change the model or else return my money back, but not response.
