[Resolved]  Xolo — Xolo black dead after 3 services

1 - Purchased Xolo Black during July 2015 through flipkart (Biggest mistake I have ever made)
2 - Had issues with the touch sensitivity during December, 2015 (One or two days before Christmas) and sent to service center for the same (which was repaired and received by first week of January after my birthday)
3 - Vibration and network issues since April 1st week, given it to service center on 18th April, 2016.
Within warranty and its not even a year old and it has gone for repairs for 3 times already.

Now the phone is completely dead!

My Xolo black mobile is burst mobile I have ever buyed in my life. Within 1 year I have taken it to the Xolo care for 2 times and it is now dead only. Xolo care refuse to repair it what should I do? I have not used it properly also.
