Its been a year since I must have purchased this handset and not been able to use the device properly.
I faced lot of issue with the handset :
1. Especially with the battery within the warranty period it was not functioning .
2. The vendor charged me with the battery amount though it was in warranty period (I did not carry the bill but there should be some way to check on the dates and not let the customer suffer)
3. It was again taken for repair since the handset did not start. Handset started but there was mic problem induced in it .
4. When it was again taken for fixing we understood it had all the more trouble. Not sure why am been fooled so much ?
I am tired of fixing the problems in the set, its painful experience buying the product. It is a request to the company to take away this defective product and give me refund or replace it with a set that works.
