Dear Sir,
i have purchased Xolo opus3 mobile in jan2015. it is just worked on 15days.
I have already submitted my Xolo (opus3) phone at your service center sec - 18 Noida on 17 Feb 2015,
to resolve software issue only(work oder no[protected] in good physical condition.
the issue in my mobile software problem.
But I reached to pick my phone from center I found display is not properly fitted and have scratches also.
When I ask the care representative about this he said that he repairs/replace display accordingly.
And ask me to collect the same on 9 march 2015. But still no progress found in this matter till now.
So I request you to look in this matter
on priority basis as my work is hampering a lot in absence of my phone.
