[Resolved] Xolo — Xolo phone q1000s not received from service centre | |||
I had bought xolo q1000s mobile phone on 03/11/2013 from bhatia comm. & retail (India) pvt. Ltd., surat, gujarat vide bill no.8557/r of rs.16000/-. In the matter i beg to state that the said phone has been given to xolo care office at f1 info solutions & service, surat phone no.2737979 on 11/07/2014 vide workorder no.[protected] to solve display problem as it was dead. Since 11/07/2014 i repeatedly asking for my phone but they are failed to give me exact period or date for delivery of my phone. I am very regret with their services. What should i do?
