Dear Sir, / Madam, Myself Phaneshwara Kumar, has purchase a xolo play 8X-1100 cell phone September 2014 from online from Infibeam.. Unfortunately it’s on /off(Power) button was not working and even there is a problem with network coverage. I went to a authorized service center of xolo First “He told me it will take few days to repair and he cannot repair my phone and he sent that phone to the company for further recovery. ok I was huge fan of xolo I suggested the phone to everyone. Can you please check the status of this and revert back to me so I can take a further steps. my job sheet no.[protected] and IMEI NO.- [protected] AND service center is sai Mobiles, Shop No:- 32, Ground floor, Telangana 500003.
