[Resolved] Xolo — Xolo Play 8x 1100.... Product and Service related | |||
HI Friends, I have very bad experience with Xolo mobile, I have purchased a Xolo Play 8x 1100 phone in Sep. 2014 but there was a dead pixel & white patch on screen, that phone was declared as DOA by Xolo that is ok, Now I have received replacement device and that phone also having the same issue, I have also reported the same thing to Xolo customer care but no one was ready to listen the issue. I used that phone for 2 months but dead pixels were increasing day by day then I have marked some mail to Xolo Ceo and some other peoples, after 2 days of follow ups my 2nd phone also declared as DOA but they can't provide me the same handset with same White color as stock is not available. As I can understand they shipped their handsets from china in limited stock only and selling in India with big margin. I request you guys don't ever buy a Xolo handset they are not doing any quality and safety test on their devices because problems increasing day by day. Really pathetic product and service.
