[Resolved] Xolo — XOLO Q 900 Not Working | |||
Hi, I have purchase XOLO Q 900 on May 13, 2014 from Amazon.com and after a month I am facing lots of problem with the handset. After 1 month o[censored]se the handset speaker got damaged after which I went to the XOLO service center in Gariahut, Kolkata and they fixed it and return to me after 2 week. Again after 3 week o[censored]sage touch pad got damaged and then I again went to the service center to get it fixed. They return me after a week and again using it for a week the handset there was a problem with auto work of the touch pad which automatically open the apps without even touching the handset. I again took it to the service center. I want a replace handset as I am tired of going to the service center again and again. I have to complain to the consumer forum if I don't get any help.
