[Resolved] Xolo — XOLO Q1000S no assistance from service centre

This is complaint for my XOLO Q1000S, the service centre in Irla, Andher (W) Mumbai is very unprofessional and very uncooperative, i have visited them 4 times in last 1 month and their server is down since ages it seems, they are not accepting my handset and not ready to repair as their server is not working.I was impressed by your ads on times now and headlines today news channels and were expecting professional and quality service but i am very disappointed now.Please look into it and reply if you feel that your customers are really important to you...sorry for my harsh words but i am really disappointed with all these awful experiences with XOLO.
