Xolo — xolo Q1000s not repair and handover till last 2 months.

This is to inform you that I have given my cell before 2 month for repairing and I got work order no.[protected]. But after 2 months nobody is resposing me and when i contacting to service center they said your mobile is desptach and deliver to you within a week, while waiting a week i still don't get my mobile. And when I contacting your service center at bharuch they said we are not aware of your mobile, and said kindly contact customer care only.
