[Resolved]  Xolo — Xolo Q1000s Screen issue from June 2014. No update from Service center

Hi, I purchased the XOLO Q1000S in the month of FEB 2014. All of a sudden the phone switched off and no switch on after that. Gave it for service in June 2014 in Hyderabad branch and they gave the ticket number[protected]. The printer was not working so they did not give the ticket registered paper. After a long followup they said its a screen issue and it can not be replaced and will send the replacement phone. Today its 4th NOV and I did not receive my phone. Every day I call the service center guy he says he will send. Sometimes no call pickup also. It is not possible to go to service center everyday as it is so far from home and my office. Please help in resolving this issue
