[Resolved] Xolo — XOLO Q100s Mother board fired in 3 months | |
My mobile used for 3 months under warranty suddenly went dead. I submitted to xolo service centre and they informed me the mother board is faulty and needs to be sent to the company for repair. this process will take 15 days. upon completion of 15 days I called the CC and answer was as always its under repair. first they asked me to wait for 15 days and now they ask to wait forever. there is no timeline. what kind of repair is this. what are they repairing a SUBMARINE?.. its not the worst deficiency in service but more like aggrevated panchayat kind of company. even govt offices in india work more efficiently then these money sucking companies.
only thing is they are not realising the competitiveness in indian market. they would not know what hit them and they will become beggars. serve the people whom u sell ur product or else there will be no one single person left to buy your product.

Your acknowledge doesnt transform into resolution. there was no issue of acknowledging the issue by XOLO. the issue is there is no ETA to begin with. The product is being made by XOLO and it is now with XOLO to repair. what kind of mobile phone takes more than 15 days to repair. In this new world where we live even repairing the most sophisticated machinery doesnt take 15 days.
You will adress the issue and let me know at the earliest thats what you have mentioned. can u be specific about EARLIEST.. a day or a year? You dont even have a courtesy to call me and let me know instead copy and paste the templates stating how sorry you are for my inconvinience which u r not.
