[Resolved] Xolo — Xolo q1010i blast and fully burned | |||
Dear sir, Hi My name is parveen kumar from panipat (Haryana). My contact no.[protected] Mail id: [protected]@gmail.com I was using xolo q1010i for almost 3 years, bought it for rs.10360/- and it was working normal and smooth till yesterday. I was at my home seating on the sofa the phone was hanged and when i restart the phone after some time suddenly slight fire started coming from battery and within few seconds my phone got blast at behind, battery fully burned and screen cracked, slightly came out from panel. My sofaset was fully bruned. My phone pictures are attached below which got affected. Now all my data are lost, sim card and mmc also not working and left with small blister over my thighs and my cloths burned over sofaset. I also have my phone purchased invoice. My phone imei no. Is [protected]. I trusted on xolo products and recommended my friends too, but now i am facing this problem. I need a right solution and compensation for this issue.
