[Resolved]  Xolo — XOLO Q1200, incessant repairing period and bad services

1.1 I bought the brand new XOLO Q12OO WHITE (IMEI: [protected]), from an authorized dealer on 26.06.2014. 1.2 In less than two months the phone abruptly stopped working and its battery got swelled up. 1.3 After unnecessary arguments and extremely unprofessional and rude behavior of Service centre people, I submitted my new, babycared, scratchless phone in Xolo Authorized Dealer in Kalkaji, New Delhi. (Workorder No:[protected] on 26.08.2014. 1.4 Because of my sudden official visit to Europe for few days starting from 16.09.2014, I started approaching Xolo customer care and many other Xolo officials to get me my phone back before my departure from Delhi, as communication is really difficult and very expensive without a smartphone from abroad. 1.5 Somehow, after lot of running around and calling many Xolo representatives, just one day before my departure i.e 15.09.2014, I got the phone back at a pre-decided point in Jasola Apollo Metro station (I had to drive about 36 kms to and fro) at around 10:30 pm. 1.6 The phone that I got was NOT my phone; it was Black (So I couldn’t use my white accessories that I got with my original phone). Moreover, the phone was bended from the side, mishandled and badly repaired. The person, who delivered the phone to me (Mr. Rajiv and Mr. Mozammil), said that my phone was replaced because my phone couldn’t be repaired. But I did not have any option at that moment but to take the smartphone with me for my visit to Europe. I expected that phone to at least work. 1.7 As soon as I reached back to my room, I put a new screen guard on the phone, and put it on charging since the battery was getting discharged. And then I found out that, even that phone was not working, it did not get charged. I was extremely disappointed with what Xolo did to me at that moment when I really needed a phone. I decided to not to take that humiliating device with me on my trip and left in my room in Delhi. I had to suffer because of Xolo’s bad post-sale services. 1.8 As told by Xolo Care helpline, I was advised to not to go to Kalkaji Service Centre for it was shut down. Hence, after returning from my trip, I again submitted the phone in Authorized Xolo service centre in Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi, on 01.10.2014 (Workorder No:[protected]. 1.9 I told attendants at Lajpat Nagar service centre, that the “replaced” phone was not my phone, moreover it was mishandled. Hence I requested them to kindly replace my phone again either with the one that I had originally submitted in the same new condition (Q1200 WHITE), or with a brand new replacement, which again should not be in bad or mishandled condition. They told me that they are not sure whether my phone will be replaced again or not, but they can repair the current phone. Moreover, they told me that my phone will be repaired in 10 days, but now they are saying it will take minimum 25 days. So altogether it is going to be almost 2 months since I don’t have my phone with me that I had spent lot of money on. I am not able to ue my phone, and in the meanwhile, it is getting outdated. 1.10 After mishandling the consumer issues and incessant waiting period for repairing of the phone, I was made to feel by Xolo that I spent almost 12500 rupees on a second hand phone by keeping my new phone and replacing it with an old and mishandled phone. I suspect that what if again I am given a different phone in bad non-working condition, again I will have to submit the phone back to Service centre..and again they are going to take another month. Xolo has taken too much time to handle the issue and has mentally harassed me for the same. I urgently need my phone back (Q1200 White) in good condition at the earliest. I am sure Xolo will be able to handle the issue seriously and resolve the issue in a satisfactory manner.
