[Resolved] Xolo — Xolo q2000 delay from service centre | |||
hello, i had hang, touch and camera problem in my xolo mobile, so i contact service centre, they said that they had to submit mobile and send it to company, so i did it. I submit my mobile to service centre and they said that i'll get my mobile back in 10-15 days or maximum 25 days. But 25 days are over and they still saying mobile is in company, they don't have the parts & they need time. I'm really frustrate and really very much dissatisfy with the service. It's been 5 days since you've reply but yet i've not got any information regarding my problem. I've also mail you but i've got no reply from your side.
So please resolve my problem as fast as you can, otherwise i've to go to through legal way.
