[Resolved] Xolo — Xolo Q3000, KitKat Update, IMEI Invalid, Still Work in Process since 30 days. | |||
I have Xolo q3000. I was updating the OS from JellyBean to Kitkat but it doesn't start after update so I restarted. The network has gone forever, IMEI code is invalid so I submitted to Xolo Service center, Thane (JobNumber #[protected]. They said, it needs to change motherboard and it will tae time of 8-10 working days. I agreed and submitted the piece to them. It's now 31 days and they are not responding to call, emails and even when I visited their service center they gave wage answers and told me to contact Head office of Delhi. I'm a photographer and corporate guy. I'm fed up and wanted to file a case against Xolo in Police station or court. Do anyone have idea what documents are required and where to file a case? I have emails, Audio recording and 2 video recordings of Xolo service center.
Do you want me to take legal action against the company?
After your comment when I visited service center they said call to Head office.
No response from anywhere..
