[Resolved] Xolo — Xolo service center not satisfactory at all | |||
Hi, I had touch screen breaking problem in my xolo Q3000 mobile(IMEI NO. [protected]). So I gave my mobile to service center in Mumbai Andheri West Cell care point on 04 July 2015 within warranty period. There was no call regarding the status of my mobile even after 25 days. I also tried to check the status of my mobile online but their also no status was found. So I decided to visit the service center on 30th of July 2015, they handed over me my mobile and said the mobile has just arrived. But when I tested my mobile the issue was not resolved at all. I thought they have never sent the mobile to service center. Then they said their is no issue and they are least intrested in the issue. I had a talk to some senior person of the center. As my warranty period was over he accepted the mobile on repeat service. So today is 5th Sep 2015, total of 2 months have been passed I haven't used my mobile phone. Their is still no status call, message or mail regarding the same. I had purchased my molibe for Rs16, 055. And this is 2nd time within a year i have given my mobile to service center. Today I have completed 2 months of my current mobile service period. It is really frustrating to call and visit service center again and again but no outcome. I think these service center people should take some responsibility regarding their work. There should be some SLA to the support or the service provided to the customer. God knows what they are doing with the mobile only to resolve touch screen breaking problem. More than 2 months required to resolve the issue sounds very funny. I think those guys are not capable enough to resolve minor issues. What are they paid for. What about the compensation for the period I haven't used my mobile. Purchasing mobile for around 16K and no service provided is really unacceptable. I am seriously disappointed and frustrated with xolo and their service. I wont suggest anyone to buy anything from xolo at all. Please help me with this issue. Regards, Was this information helpful? | |||
