[Resolved] Xolo — Xolo - Worst Service | |||
Adhering to the Subject I must say that XOLO has the “worst service” I have seen so far. And it made me to make sequential visits to their service centre. I made purchase of the XOLO Q800 X EDITION from snapdeal in April, and in July I noticed a problem with the RECEIVER (Front Speaker). I visited the service centre and they replaced it with some “poor quality part”, and also in doing so their representative OPENED & CLOSED MY MOBILE 4 TIMES because they were unable to set the power and volume button properly… Hats Off !! So the “Poor replacement receiver” gave off and its sound went off very low and sometimes a high pitched sound, so I went again in August. The Guy opened my mobile and said they don’t have the receiver and again closed and handed over me my mobile without repairing it. So again A 4 TIMES OPENING AND CLOSING SCENE, and this time they “Misaligned the Front Camera, and The Power and Volume Button”, and meanwhile they damaged the Sim Card slot. So in two visits my mobile was opened 8 times and started looking like I bought it like 3years ago. It is not complete… I went for the third time when my mobile stated performing slow and low. It started hanging and I kept for charging and after 2 hours it still showed 14%, then I restared it, It was then 99%. I showed the problem to them and they took it for a software update, and returned in around 45minutes with a DEAD PHONE. And told me they have to send it to Noida. I agreed. But, WILL I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE MISTAKE OF THE COMPANY’s SERVICE CENTRE. Its 5th Month of warranty and my mobile had been opened by service centre around a dozen times. I didn’t expected this from an Indian Company. I request the company i.e. XOLO to please either make a PROPER COMPENSATION or a REPLACEMENT with a NEW functional device.
