[Resolved] Xolo — XOLO X1000 Battery | |||
I have purchased XOLO X1000 mobile a year back and the batter has gone to a unuseable state, it got bulged and was about to burst when I took it to a XOLO service center in Spencer plaza, chennai. I have requested to purchase a new battery and I was told to come after 2 weeks so that they will check for stock. Its been 2 months now and still I am not able to purchase a battery. I have tried to call XOLO toll free number, no answer. I have sent SMS to XOLO SMS care, no response. Sent multiple emails to XOLO care, no response. Sumbitted multiple complaints from XOLO website, no response. IS THERE ANY WAY TO BUY A BATTERY FOR X1000 ? IF SO, PLEASE LET ME KNOW SO THAT I WILL PURCHASE IT. Was this information helpful? | |||
