Dear Xolo Customer Care,
I have the Xolo X1000 phone. Which has the problem of heating and battery getting discharged. Handed over for repair to Xolo service wide W O No.[protected][protected]
[protected].
This phone is under repair since last four / five months and can not be repaired by Xolo. Xolo offered me a new handset ( as per Mr. Ashu Maheshwari, but it was not new ) X1000 but THE NEW HANDSET HAS MOBILE NETWORK PROBLEM !!! The brand new handset has PROBLEM. Again it was handed over for repair wide work order No.[protected] on 21/07/2014 but till the phone is not repaired. No one is replying even after so many mails to the following email ids.
