i am really tortured by xolos pathetic service network. i own a xolo q 1000 my name is arpit bhatt, my phone gets automatically restart since 5 times they have repaired my cell but they have not repaired it successfully on top of it the head of mumbai service mr amit talks rubbishly rudely and gives slangs, being a customer i am terrified with the worst service network of this worst company.It is painfull for me to daily contact and visit the service center located at charni road. while i gave 2nd time my cell phone they had promissed me that if it doesnt get repaired they will provide us with a delivery order through which we can buy a new phone from a store nearby. now they are rudely telling us that we will exchange your phone with unpack phone. i have paid 14 grands for this phone and in return get rude answeres from them no help and on top of it we call them more than once than mr rahul of f1 services mumbai charni road gives us rubbish and back answeres us as if we are beggers. they even dont know how to talk to females they tell BLOODY YOU to my sister. I seriously regret buying xolo companies more than 13 odd phones as they dont have the capability to withstand and help customers infact it feels as if they are our customers and we are begging them and telling SORRY SORRY for the biggest mistake of buying phone of your company.They should be shameful for not replying online queries and mails also. my id is [protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||

Very poor/ shabby service centers, looks like street side vendor (in kolkata).
Service center guys don't know about the parts/ price/ specification. Just like Chinese handsets. Infact they are much better (the Chinese handset).
My phone was under warranty thought they were charging Rs. 2500/- for replacing LCD, anf funniest part this phone cost 6.5k (online) now. Infact the main glass is ok, it was automatically cracked while listening music. I din't bothered much while the set is getting hotter in times, I felt that was the reason of lcd crack.
I will never reccomment anybody to buy XOLO products.
