I am pranesh vichare I had taken Family P.R visa service for Canada country for y axis taking with ms Priyanka lokhande sales team pune and we Trusted her and paid full 89, 000 while paying also I asked if anything in future happens abt process can we get a fees as a refund she said yes whatever happen you wil get your Yaxis fees but not any govt fees i[censored] paid, so i proceed their fees and started the ielts coaching,

I have submitted my file with y-axis and dealing with them since 08/19. While submitting my file i was strongly assured that i am eligible and will surely get my Aussie PR as my job profile is fullfilling all the key requirements (as i already got the NZ residency based on the same too).

And because my case was not properly dealt with by y-axis staff, i got rejection from case officer on 06/20 due to y-axis staff negligence...

Y-axis customer relationship officer, Rafay Saddiqui, promised to refund the complete amount I paid, INR 14, 750 on 17th April and made me fill a form.

These people have charged us a fees of Rs 4000/- for assistant in arranging recruitment services for any International country Germany UAE etc

Big fraud and were planning to charge lacs of rupees for Canada but we got safe

I want to state my dissatisfaction over the way in which our case has been handled by Y-AXIS. There are few points I wanted to make:
1. We enquired Y-axis for OINP HCP and Post ITA services and we got a quote for both, according to which we made the payment on 9th Feb’2021.
2. We received the agreement copy after we made the payment. The agreement copy was incorrect and was a like a general draft. It had no proper mention...

On 29 Jan 2020 I paid Y-axis Rs. 3304 for a detailed evaluation of my candidacy for Australia and Canada. They send me a report saying that I should apply to Canada (my 1st preference was Australia) as my chances of securing a PR in Canada was very good. They also told me that my score will come up to 418.
At this stage they told me my bachelors and masters are valid for Canada as per their evaluation report. At this stage they did...

Look at what Y-axis do to me. I paid them 1 lakh 18 thousands. Due to their massive ignorance and false information, i had to withdrew. For Can-Mrps full service, they refund only 50%, but i let that slide. Now i want a refund for JAS-Y international resume, which i never use or will never use due to their rubbish resume, which i could tell that, they just copy paste from the internet. My resume and cover letter is made by Challa Abhishek....

First of all, they promised to refund if things don't work. I was given a very bad resume by their team in a day time and I had to put all work and prepared my resume. Next, they fake consultant at abroad and nobody will offer job or schedule interview too.

I didn't get PR, and they are refusing to give refund. The employees are so rude, and they closing my refund request without consent.

Please do the needful....

Had applied and applied for immigration in y axis currently I just applied for exit formalities but not willing to refund my amount...

I got into contract with Dec 2019 and after thorough discussion with Ms. Rajni around my profile and Ilets score and CRS score that I had she duped me with false promises of quality services and also assured that Y axis had an edge over other small scale consultancy. In entire 1 year process consultants have changed nearly 6 times with no intimation to me as a client. Each time I had to start from scratch, all services that were provided...

I have used Y-Axis service last year to apply for my Canada PR although i have completed all formalities like ECA, IELTS etc etc but needed a expert to apply so that PNP application can add value as my score was low and as per discussion with Nishin ([protected]@y-axis.com ) Y Axis are expert and they can help to move application very fast. I trusted them and paid 70K INR as per their requirement and they took money before PR application itself....

They lied to me regarding the following details and after i found out the truth, they approved only 25% of refund. I gave them around 1 lakh 18 thousand(attached)
They told me that this year Canada is planning to let in 1.5 million immigrants.

This 1.5 million immigrants include the refugees from Syria and other countries who come...

We made the payment(attached) to your organisation and got my report stating that I am eligible to apply for Canada PR thereby stating the minimum eligibility criteria of 67 points without disclosing the fact that the 67 points are just the bare minimum points required by every individual who so ever wants to apply for Canada PR instead of letting us know the full information.

My money (receipt attached) as finally deposited...
