[Resolved]  Yatra — Amount deducted twice but no booking received

Hi,

I tried to book a train ticket from New Delhi (NDLS) to Amb Andaura (AADR) on 1/19/2023 from www.yatra.com. The payable amount got deducted from the bank however, I did not receive any booking from Yatra. I tried it the 2nd time as there was only 1 available seat, but again the amount got deducted with no booking. Both the payments has not yet been reverted back. Also not able to get through the customer service number.
I have attached the screenshot of the payments deducted.
Kindly check and help in processing this refund request.
