[Resolved] Yatra — Cancellation of ticket

It is regarding my booking id[protected] I was issued an e ticket on the basis of my yatra application details & in spite of taking my passport details they were not synchronised with my ticket. When I asked for the same I was told nothing could happen and I will have to cancel my ticket so did I My initial ticket was 80000 rupees only & my next booking costed me 110366 rupees. Now the cancellation charges will also about to it. It is grossly a negligence on part of yatra who didn't synchronise my passport details with my ticket, it is an international booking and I am a middle class student . It matters for me

Updated by Tanveer Mir Till now I have got only 30336 Rs refunded out of 110336 Rs and rest 80000 not refunded yet. Also the extra amount of 80000
Which I was made to pay for next booking is not yet credited to my account .
It is really unfortunate .
I want my rest 160000 Rs as early as possible otherwise in addition to court case if I tell about it to my local newspaper " Greater kashmir " I don't think yatra will get any booking from kashmir for next decade & that u better know.
Refund my full amount I promise I will stop there otherwise court will charge you a lot for what u did.

My second booking ref. YT15125647. In which I was made to pay 80000 extra yet not credited to my account .
Total - 160000 Rs yet not credited to my account
